This is the 3rd hole at one of the clubs I play at, Hackberry Creek in Irving, TX. This is a dogleg right par 5, about 500 yards from the blues (where I'm playing here). There was a pretty strong tailwind, so you can see that I elected to cut the corner (I'm aimed a little bit to the right). I hit this drive about as well as I could...it flew through the dogleg, and ended up in the right-center of the fairway. About 290 yards after it stopped rolling. Not bad for a persimmon driver eh?

November 9, 2009 Too bad the quality gets compressed during the upload. On my original video you can actually see the ball flight for a long time--it was a really clear day, as you can see! |
