Stracka Golf Outing Phx.#008-Nov.8

As you all know, Pete will be busy the month of November to set up an event. I have let him know that I can set 1 up. I have 4 tee times set up for Nov. 8th (Sunday) starting at 7a.m. It will be out west of Phoenix @ Sundance Golf Club. I have spoken with the Golf Outing Director and he will give us 2 prices, and I can only choose 1.

$20 + tax= 18holes, and cart

$27 + tax= 18holes, cart, and lunch..Lunch includes (Hotdog, or cheeseburger..chips, choice of 1 side. cole slaw, or macaroni) and 1 fountain drink..

Please take a moment and vote on yur choice of price so that I can let him know what to charge us, and preps to be made. I know this seems soon, but I too may be gone mid November.

Votes on price need to be done by Nov. 2 and tee time confirmations needs to be done by Nov.5th.

The web-site above is directions, and views of this great little hidden gem of a course. Its a target golf course, that will test anybody and everybody on there strategy. Prices does not include range balls, and they run $6 for a bucket. Over-seeding is done, and as of 10-27, the CART PATH only rule is no longer inforced. It should be in great shape, and its an unbelievable price for this time of year.

For tomorrow's event I have KentBeach, RayJeffries, and myself. Just got off the phone with Sundance and got the 1 tee time @ 7:00. Its still a 4 spot, so 1 slot is available for a last minute entry. I will be there around 6:30 to warm up. Thank you every1, and see you tomorrow..

Well, so far for confirmation to play is RayJeffries, KentBeach, and I (earxtc)..I dropped it down to 8 slots (2 tee-times), with a dead-line of 4p.m. today.

1st 4 some is in with earxtc, KentBeach, cabslamer, and daleglovell..After everyone has committed to the outing I will randomly select groups out of a hat.

I might beable to make this I perfer the $20.00 rate. this would be good but I will need to check finances. so I am a maybe.

I'm in for the outing and prefer the $20 rate. The menu @ Sundance is pretty good so I would order lunch ala carte. If we'll have room for guests please let me know.
